TRIOS 2023 was launched by Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, Selahattin Kurumahmut, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Kurumahmutoğlu Construction, Mehmet Mahşuk Gülaçar, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Dersankoop and Gökçenur Çelebioğlu, Chairman of The Board of Directors of TSP Consultancy responsible for selling the project.
Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, said “Turkey’s economic goals for the year 2023 require modern investments in every field. Designed to meet the requirements of industrialists with its 7 meter high ceilings, powerful concrete system capable of carrying 2 tons per square meter and vehicle roads that can accommodate 3 trucks next to each other, the project will be talk of the town not only in Turkey, but also in the world”.
Bektaş also emphasized the location of TRIOS 2023 with his following quotes: “TRIOS 2023 will rise in the middle of an industrial oasis, at the heart of industry. TRIOS 2023 aims at creating not only an industrial complex, but also a complete habitat including commercial and social areas thanks to its modern infrastructure compliant with the vision of new Turkey. While one of the towers is reserved for offices of the business owners, the other tower will be made available for disposal of Dersankoop, the owner of the parcel. In addition, a hotel that would satisfy the needs of the region is planned as part of the project.
The project TRIOS 2023 to be constructed in a total area of 301 thousand square meters is planned to be completed in 2017.
