TRL 300 million will be invested for 2023. TRIOS 2023 project rising in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone is composed of commercial areas, manufacturing facility, hotel and shopping center. TRL 300 million will be invested in the project. TRIOS 2023, which is expected to pioneer a major revolution in industrial complexes thanks to its infrastructure, location, design and technology, was introduced. The project to include commercial areas, manufacturing facility, hotel and shopping center has an investment value of TRL 300 million. Details of the project were explained during the presentation attended by Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, Selahattin Kurumahmut, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Kurumahmutoğlu Construction, Mehmet Mahşuk Gülaçar, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Dersankoop and Gökçenur Çelebioğlu, Chairman of The Board of Directors of TSP Consultancy responsible for selling the project.
Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, who stated that Turkey’s economic goals for the year 2023 require modern investments in every field, pointed out that TRIOS 2023 kicks off with the vision of being the pioneer of the modern and solid industrial infrastructure projects meeting the requirements of such goals. Bektaş said “TRIOS 2023 will be one of the most contemporary industrial and commercial complexes not only in Turkey, but also in the world.” Located in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone and expected to be completed in 2017, TRIOS 2023 is composed of three separate blocks. Two of the blocks has workshops and shops while one of them includes the shopping center and the towers.
