Expected to be completed in 2017 in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, TRIOS 2023 will be one of the most contemporary industrial and commercial complexes not only in Turkey, but also in the world. TRIOS 2023 (Turkey İkitelli Organized Industry 2023), which will rise in the parcel belonging to Dersankoop in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, the only organized industrial zone in Istanbul metropolitan area, was introduced to the press during a reception held at Çırağan Palace. TRIOS 2023, which will pioneer a major revolution in industrial complexes thanks to its infrastructure, location, design and technology, was launched by Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, Selahattin Kurumahmut, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Kurumahmutoğlu Construction, Mehmet Mahşuk Gülaçar, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Dersankoop and Gökçenur Çelebioğlu, Chairman of The Board of Directors of TSP Consultancy responsible for selling the project. The total construction area in the project amounts to 301 thousand square meters. The project has a total of 250 workshops, 45 shops and two 11 storey towers suitable for office/hotel/business center. Total rentable/sellable area in the project will be approximately 260 thousand square meters. TRIOS 2023 which will rise in İkitelli, the center of both the city and the industry, aims at creating not only an industrial complex, but also a complete habitat including commercial and social areas thanks to its modern infrastructure compliant with the vision of new Turkey. While one of the towers is reserved for offices of the business owners, the other tower will be made available for disposal of Dersankoop, the owner of the parcel.
