Rising in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone with an investment of TRL 300 million, TRIOS 2023 draws attention as an unprecedented Organized Industrial Zone project with its commercial areas, manufacturing facility, hotel and shopping areas. Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, one of the partners of the project, which is expected to pioneer a major revolution in industrial complexes thanks to its infrastructure, location, design and technology, told Akit about the main features of TRIOS 2023.
"THE PROJECT GOT HUGE ATTENTION"
Bektaş, who stated that Turkey’s economic goals for the year 2023 require modern investments in every field, pointed out that TRIOS 2023 kicked off with the vision of being the pioneer of the modern and solid industrial infrastructure projects meeting the requirements of such goals. Bektaş said: “TRIOS 2023 will be one of the most contemporary industrial and commercial complexes not only in Turkey, but also in the world. We initiated industrial transformation along with urban transformation. TRIOS 2023 will mark the beginning of industrial transformation”. Bektaş, who said that Turkey is behind in transformation of industrial facilities, pointed out that smart investment is needed in this area. Bektaş spoke as follows: "Trios will lead to a significant change of mindset in this context. The ceiling height is 7 meters. This is the feature appreciated by the industrialists the most. We tried to find out what the business world needed when we were to develop the project. We did what the industrialists asked us to do.
