Pulsar Construction’s TRIOS 2023 project rises in Istanbul İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone with an investment of TRL 300 million. Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, stated that they have started urban transformation in industrial zones. Bektaş, who pointed out that they have built a new working complex having the vision of 2023 in an organized industrial zone built with the vision of 1980s, said; "Our project will be one of the most contemporary facilities in the Middle East, Balkans and even Europe and we received more attention than we expected. We are materializing a needed project. There is extensive demand particularly from Bayrampaşa region". Bektaş also stated that they will realize new big projects for industrial projects.
TRIOS 2023, which was materialized with an investment of TRL 300 million in Istanbul İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, an industry and trade center, is facing us as an unprecedented project. Differing from other industrial complexes through its location, infrastructure, technology and design, TRIOS 2023 project is constructed on an area of 63 thousand square meters in 301 square meter units. The project has a total of 250 workshops, 45 shops and two 11 storey towers suitable for office/hotel/business center and two of the blocks include workshops and shops while one block has the shopping center.
Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, who pointed out that Turkey’s economic goals for 2023 includes an export goal of USD 500 billion and everyone has to do his part to reach this goal, told Yeni Şafak about TRIOS 2023 project. Bektaş, who stated that they designed this project in order to provide the business people, who contribute to Turkish economy by producing, with better working conditions, continued his words as follows: "Turkey has big goals for 2023. We are happy to be the pioneer of modern industrial projects having solid infrastructures capable of meeting the requirements of this goal with our TRIOS 2023 project. We believe that we have started the “transformation of industrial zones” along with urban transformation. This is a pioneering project indicating that industrial zones also need transformation.”
