TRIOS 2023 (Turkey İkitelli Organized Industry 2023), to rise in the parcel belonging to Dersankoop in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, the only organized industrial zone in Istanbul metropolitan area, was introduced. TRIOS 2023 was launched by Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, Selahattin Kurumahmut, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Kurumahmutoğlu Construction, Mehmet Mahşuk Gülaçar, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Dersankoop and Gökçenur Çelebioğlu, Chairman of The Board of Directors of TSP Consultancy responsible for selling the project.
Sami Bektaş gave the following information about the project composed of 3 towers: "Trucks will be able to climb to every floor. Ceiling height will be 7 meters. Industrialists need big, practical and healthy production facilities. The units at TRIOS 2023 İkitelli project to include shops, hotel, motomall and industrial blocks will be delivered in 2017. Factories will range from 500 square meters to 14 thousand square meters. Investment amount will be TRL 300 million."
