Bektaş, who stated that TRIOS 2023 will be one of the most contemporary industrial and commercial complexes not only in Turkey, but also in the world, said: “TRIOS 2023 will rise in the middle of an industrial oasis, at the heart of industry. TRIOS 2023 aims at creating not only an industrial complex, but also a complete habitat including commercial and social areas thanks to its modern infrastructure compliant with the vision of new Turkey. The project is expected to be completed in 2017 ".
Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, who stated that TRIOS 2023 (Turkey İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone 2023) to rise in the parcel belonging to Dersankoop in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, the only organized industrial zone in Istanbul metropolitan area, is composed of three separate blocks said: "Two of these blocks include workshops and shops and the third one includes the shopping center and the towers. The total construction area in the project amounts to 301 thousand square meters including the first workshop block having an area of 128 thousand square meters, the second workshop block having an area of 97 thousand square meters and the tower block having an area of 76 thousand square meters". 7 METER CEILING HEIGHT. TRIOS 2023 was introduced by Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, Selahattin Kurumahmut, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Kurumahmutoğlu Construction, Mehmet Mahşuk Gülaçar, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Dersankoop and Gökçenur Çelebioğlu, Chairman of The Board of Directors of TSP Consultancy responsible for selling the project. Bektaş who stated that the project has a total of 250 workshops, 45 shops and two 11 storey towers suitable for office/hotel/business center, said: "Total rentable/sellable area in the project will be approximately 260 thousand square meters. Due to enormous size of some industrial machinery used by industrialists and bulky raw materials and products, manufacturing requires structures with high ceilings. Therefore, ceiling height at TRIOS 2023 is planned to be 7 meters". Bektaş who stated that materials capable of carrying 2 tons per square meter will be used in the project, where trucks will be able to climb to every floor, considering the weight of the industrial machinery in order to minimize the cost of transportation, time etc. at the center of the city, said: "TRIOS 2023 to rise in İkitelli, the center of both the city and the industry, will be popular among the employees and the investors thanks to its proximity to İkitelli exit of the 33rd bridge, accessibility and increasing investments in transportation infrastructure".
