TRİOS 2023 project constructed by Pulsar Construction to include commercial areas, manufacturing facility, hotel and shopping center will be materialized with an investment of TRL 300 million. The already launched TRIOS 2023 project is composed of commercial areas, manufacturing facility, hotel and shopping center. Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar, argued that TRIOS 2023 will be one of the most contemporary industrial and commercial facilities not only in Turkey but also in the world.
"The project will be completed in 2017"
Trios 2013 project located in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone is composed of three separate blocks two of which will have workshops and shops and one of which will have a shopping center and towers. The project has a total of 250 workshops, 45 shops and two 11 storey towers suitable for office/hotel/business center. Prices per square meter start from TRL 2 thousand 500 in the project where the manufacturing workshops are now for sale. The project is expected to be completed in 2017.
