Aiming at being one of the most contemporary industrial and commercial facilities not only in Turkey, but also in the world, TRIOS 2023 is composed of three separate blocks. Two of the blocks include workshops and shops while one of them includes shopping center and the towers.
The total construction area in the project amounts to 301 thousand square meters including the first workshop block having an area of 128 thousand square meters, the second workshop block having an area of 97 thousand square meters and the tower block having an area of 76 thousand square meters. TRIOS 2023, which is expected to pioneer a major revolution in industrial complexes thanks to its infrastructure, location, design and technology, was introduced by Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, Selahattin Kurumahmut, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Kurumahmutoğlu Construction, Mehmet Mahşuk Gülaçar, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Dersankoop and Gökçenur Çelebioğlu, Chairman of The Board of Directors of TSP Consultancy responsible for selling the project. TRIOS 2023 (Turkey İkitelli Organized Industry 2023), to rise in the parcel belonging to Dersankoop in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, the only organized industrial zone in Istanbul metropolitan area, takes its name from the region.
